Magic Mozart and Bewitching Bruckner
Ronald Brautigam has been a popular pianist worldwide for many years and has regularly shared the stage with the Residentie Orkest. Now, for the first time, he will work with chief conductor Nicholas Collon to tackle what is called Mozart’s most dramatic piano concerto: his Twentieth. Collon also gets his teeth into the original version of Brucker’s monumental Symphony No. 4, with its beautiful depictions of Austrian mountains and valleys.
‘Brautigam plays gloriously. His touch, clarity and tempi are hard to fault’ – LIMELIGHT MAGAZINE
