When the sun is going down, the Zuiderparktheater is one of the most atmospheric places in the city. That will certainly be true tonight with a summer concert featuring music about the most famous lovers in history: Romeo and Juliet. Francis van Broekhuizen, one of the Netherlands’ best-known opera singers, sings arias by Mozart, Massenet and Puccini. You will surely be moved by the soprano’s disarming stage presence and the romance of this love story in The Hague’s one and only open-air theatre.
This first concert of the season is offered to residents of The Hague. Free tickets can be reserved via zuiderparktheater.nl/agenda
